SEC Sidelines Ex-NFL Player Amid Fraud Case

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has barred a former Dallas Cowboys player from associating with any broker, dealer or investment adviser, a month after the commission sued him for allegedly perpetrating a multimillion-dollar fraud.

The SEC said Wednesday it had issued the bar order Tuesday in an administrative proceeding against Michael J. Kiselak. Kiselak consented to the order without admitting or denying any of the order's findings, the SEC said.
