Fox Asks To Combine Indemnification Disputes

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a dispute stemming from a copyright infringement settlement, Fox Entertainment Group Inc. and New World Entertainment Ltd. have asked a judge to consolidate their suit against Employers Insurance of Wausau and National Casualty Co. with one filed by the insurers against them, arguing that the cases are nearly identical.
