Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has rejected JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s request to revisit a ruling in a putative collective action brought by technical staffers alleging the financial giant denied them at least three years' worth of overtime pay, ordering the company to turn over as evidence an e-mail the workers claim supports their case.
