Brand Battles: Hot Pockets, Adderall, Superman

"Pocket Bacon" might sound like a great idea, but Nestlé SA isn't a huge fan.

The Swiss food giant, which owns the Hot Pockets and Lean Pockets brands of microwaveable turnovers, filed an opposition against an application for the phrase this week, arguing that the use of "Pocket" would confuse consumers into thinking it was a new line...
