Real Estate Rumors: Baum, Lutheran Social Services, Related

Law360 (September 14, 2018, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Baum Development is looking to sell an office property in Chicago and is seeking $75 million for the building, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Friday, citing a source with knowledge of the matter. The company is looking to sell 2545 W. Diversey Ave., the former Cooper Lamp Factory which it bought in 2005 for $7.5 million and later repositioned as a 229,000-square-foot office property, Crain's said.
