Cuban Pledges $10M After Mavericks Probe Finds Harassment

Law360 (September 19, 2018, 9:44 PM EDT) -- Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban will donate $10 million to organizations supporting women in sports and combating domestic violence after an independent investigation corroborated 20 years of allegations of sexual harassment and assault in the Mavericks organization, the NBA announced Wednesday.

The report by Anne Milgram of Lowenstein Sandler LLP and Evan Krutoy of Krutoy Law PC was also released Wednesday. It found that numerous female employees faced sexual harassment and other improper treatment by employees within the organization and that the Mavericks’ leadership was responsible for allowing it to continue.
