Texas LNG Co., Contractor Settle Pipeline Contract Row

Law360 (October 12, 2018, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Wood Group Mustang Inc. and Freeport LNG Expansion LP have tentatively settled their contract dispute stemming from the construction of a pipeline feeding Freeport's liquefied natural gas terminal in Texas, according to a Friday filing in Harris County District Court.

An Oct. 10 email from Yetter Coleman LLP partner and Freeport attorney Jim Zucker to Barbara Conley, the trial coordinator for Harris County District Court Judge Randy Wilson, said the parties have successfully resolved their dispute through mediation. The email came just over two weeks after Judge Wilson heard dueling summary judgment motions in the case.
