Weber Real Estate Investment has purchased an apartment complex close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for $10.55 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Friday. The deal is for the 66-unit City View Colony apartments at 1421 N.W. First St., and the seller is KVR Properties' Arvind Reddy, the journal said. The buyer landed $7.5 million in financing from Capital One Multifamily Finance, according to the report....
