Freight Co. Must Face Truck Driver's Wage Suit, NJ Court Says

Law360 (October 29, 2018, 10:03 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey state appeals court revived a truck driver's proposed class action Monday alleging Interglobo North America Inc. shorted him overtime pay, remanding the case to the lower court to determine if he's an independent contractor, which would exempt him from wage law protections, or an employee entitled to those protections.
