Wells Fargo Calif. OT Class Status Reversed

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a boost to Wells Fargo & Co., an appeals court has reversed an order certifying a class of California plaintiffs in a lawsuit brought by home mortgage consultants who claim the company improperly classified them as workers exempt from federal overtime wage requirements.
