Timeshare Co. Fights Attys' Bid To Withdraw From Suit

Law360 (November 14, 2018, 6:45 PM EST) -- Timeshare resort company Orange Lake Country Club Inc. has urged a Florida federal court to deny two attorneys' request to withdraw as counsel to a lawyer mired in the company's suit claiming illegal interference in its contracts, saying the pair have too much unfinished business in court.

Michael McGirney and Cory Chandler of Spector Gadon & Rosen LLP have represented defendant Mitchell Reed Sussman of Mitchell Reed Sussman & Associates since Orange Lake and its financing arm Wilson Resort Finance LLC filed suit in August 2017, according to the resort company.
