The loan from FirstBank Florida is for a 90,480-square-foot project at 1109 and 1131 S.W. Fourth Ave. and 375 S.W. 15th Road, the journal said. KLA Elementary bought the 28,210-square-foot site this year for $6.2 million, according to the report....
