Apple, AT&T, Others Face Music ID Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several prominent technology companies — including Apple Inc., Inc., Motorola Inc., and AT&T Mobility LLC — have been hit with a patent infringement suit over music identification technology, which allows listeners to use cell phones or other devices to identify songs.
