Fatal Helicopter Crash Suit Ends With $6M Settlement

Law360 (December 14, 2018, 10:08 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge signed off Friday on a $6 million settlement in a wrongful death suit over a 2012 helicopter crash, including about $2 million in attorneys' fees, and ended a fee dispute with the family’s former counsel at Cellino & Barnes.
