ACE Asks To Toss Dodgers' Suit Over Injured Pitcher

Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- ACE American Insurance Co. is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that it owes about $9.2 million to the Los Angeles Dodgers under a disability insurance policy that the baseball team took out for starting pitcher Jason Schmidt.
