Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected a proposed settlement in a suit between a defunct gambling cruise ship operator and its former workers, but asked a magistrate judge to consider the parties' renewed, more detailed motion in support of the settlement.
