Herrick Feinstein helped Criterion Group LLC with its $79.95 million purchase of two properties in Queens, the largest deal of the week, while Goldberg Weprin and Troutman Sanders worked on the buy and sell sides, respectively, of the second-largest matter of the week, a $74.4 million deal for a property on 21st Street in Manhattan.
