NJ Doc Escapes Suit Over Refusal To Testify In Crash Trial

Law360 (February 1, 2019, 11:15 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court refused Friday to revive a suit against a doctor filed by a man injured in a car crash claiming the doctor reversed course about testifying for him, ruling that the man didn't support the claim that he was harmed by the refusal.

James Polidoro sued Dr. Maria Alvarez-Prieto over her refusal to act as an expert witness for him in an underlying suit over a 2003 car crash in which Polidoro was injured.
