Industry Backs FERC At DC Circ. In GHG Analysis Rollback

Circuit that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission properly exercised its discretion when it declined to estimate greenhouse gas emissions caused by extracting and consuming natural gas associated with a New York pipeline expansion project.
