Hot Dogs Are The New Tobacco: Consumer Action

Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 6:19 PM EDT) -- A vegan advocacy group has filed a putative consumer fraud class action accusing hot dog makers of being like Big Tobacco firms by failing to warn consumers that their products may cause an increased risk of certain types of cancer.
