ConEd To Recoup $17.6 M Over 9/11 Damage

Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to fork over $17.6 million to Consolidated Edison Inc. and its insurers over property damage at 7 World Trade Center from the Sept. 11 attacks, on top of the $20 million that has already been advanced to rebuild the destroyed substation.
