Ex-Rehab Center Workers Want Class Cert. In Benefits Suit

Law360 (March 8, 2019, 4:00 PM EST) -- Former employees of a chain of shuttered Southern California rehabilitation centers have urged a federal court to certify as a class action their suit claiming the company misused money meant to go toward a self-funded health benefit plan.
