Law360 (March 12, 2019, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Union Labor Life Insurance Co. has loaned $46.5 million to Phillips International for a Florida apartment complex, Commercial Observer reported Tuesday. The loan is for Soldara at Wellington, a 230-unit property located about 12 miles outside West Palm Beach, according to the report. Phillips bought the complex in 2016 for $58 million, Commercial Observer said.
