'Send Monsanto A Message,' Jury Told At Roundup Trial's End
Law360, San Francisco (March 26, 2019, 9:58 PM EDT) -- A federal jury should award a California man punitive damages and "send Monsanto a message loud and clear" that it needs to warn consumers its Roundup weedkiller can cause cancer, his attorney argued at the close of a bellwether trial Tuesday.
