2nd Circ. Blocks Suit Against Grindr Over Ex's Stalking

Law360 (March 27, 2019, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A Second Circuit panel on Wednesday shot down a suit alleging Grindr was negligent in failing to stop a former user's ex-boyfriend from using the dating app to stalk and harass that user, finding the tech company is protected by the Communications Decency Act.
