Law Firm Ducks Timeshare Cancellation Conspiracy Suit

Law360 (April 2, 2019, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday granted the joint bid of a resort company and Schroeter Goldmark & Bender PS to dismiss the law firm from a suit claiming it conspired with others to encourage timeshare owners to break their contracts.

U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell’s one-page order dismissed without explanation timeshare resort company Orange Lake Country Club Inc.’s claims against Schroeter Goldmark after the parties on Friday filed a partial motion to dismiss the claims with prejudice, saying they have resolved all claims between them.
