Sierra Pacific Looks To Ditch Price-Fixing Kickback Suit

Law360 (April 12, 2019, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Sierra Pacific Mortgage Co. is trying to fight its way out of a proposed class action accusing the mortgage servicer of hatching a deal with a settlement service company to trade referrals for kickbacks, telling a Maryland federal court that the suit was too little, too late.
