Vox Says Steve Perlman Brought Defamation Case Too Late

Law360, Wilmington (April 17, 2019, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Vox Media told a Delaware Chancery Court judge Wednesday that it should get an early win in a defamation suit brought by tech entrepreneur Steve Perlman because he didn’t bring his suit until after the expiration of the statute of limitations.
