Fla. Court Defaults Timeshare Exit Co. For Disobedience

Law360 (April 30, 2019, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Timeshare developer Orange Lake Country Club won a default judgment against a timeshare exit company it claimed interfered with its customers when a Florida state judge struck the defendant's pleadings after finding it had willfully ignored discovery requests and disobeyed court orders.

Orange County Circuit Court Judge Luis F. Calderon found in his April 24 order that Helping Timeshare Owners LLC, which operates as Help4TSO, and its owner, William W.
