Law360 (April 30, 2019, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Tuesday narrowed the scope of claims that will go to trial in a Chapter 7 trustee's adversary case against distressed-debt maverick Lynn Tilton and investment vehicles under her control as they relate to the collapse of ambulance company TransCare Corp.
