Hotel Group Told To Revise Golf Course Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 5:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to throw out an antitrust suit brought by a Mississippi hotel group against a local golf association over golf packages, but questioned whether the court has jurisdiction over what the judge says appears to be a local matter.
