Qualcomm Antitrust Suit Over CDMA Tossed Again

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 1:24 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out, for the second time, a putative class action accusing Qualcomm Inc. of unlawful competition in licensing practices related to the wireless communications company's patents for code division multiple access technology.
