Nev. Judge To Mediate USA Gymnastics' Nassar Abuse Claims

Law360 (May 20, 2019, 2:37 PM EDT) -- An Indiana bankruptcy judge has granted USA Gymnastics' request to have a Nevada bankruptcy judge mediate hundreds of claims against the organization related to sexual abuse by former Olympic gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar.

In an order Friday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robyn L. Moberly wrote that having U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Gregg W. Zive mediate claims by the Committee of Sex Abuse Survivors and related disputes between USAG and its insurers was in the best interests of all the parties involved.
