Ogletree Handles Most ERISA Cases, New Report Shows

Law360 (May 29, 2019, 11:05 PM EDT) -- When employers need an attorney to defend them in an Employee Retirement Income Security Act case, new data from Lex Machina suggests they turn to Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC more often than any other firm.

Ogletree handled 875 ERISA suits between 2016 and 2018, 18% more than the firm that handled the next-highest amount of cases for employers, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, according to the report.
