Workers Target Mama Mexico With $5M FLSA Action

Law360, New York (August 18, 2009, 12:17 PM EDT) -- A putative class of food workers has accused New York City- and New Jersey-based chain Mama Mexico Restaurants of failing to pay the workers minimum and overtime wages and of misappropriating tips, in a newly amended $5 million lawsuit.
