Dolan Family And Cablevision Face More Suits

Law360 (October 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As the Dolan family attempts to take Cablevision Systems Corp. private, the family and the company has been hit with another lawsuit over the options backdating the company admitted to in August.

A new shareholder derivative suit was brought against the cable provider and some of its directors and officers Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
