Satellite Export Reform Not So Far Out: Experts

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 1:02 PM EDT) -- U.S.-based commercial satellite manufacturers, thwarted by military-level export restrictions for a decade, could see those controls loosened soon thanks to a confluence of industry action and a federal government willing to consider reform, attorneys say.
