Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 2:03 PM EDT) -- An Arizona company has slapped more than three dozen insurers and financial companies, including Allstate Corp., Bank of America Corp., Prudential Life Insurance Co. of America and Barclays PLC, with allegations of patent infringement on automated financial services marketing programs.
Phoenix Licensing LLC filed suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claiming that the defendants infringed its patents that govern methods for marketing and sales of financial transactions, according to the complaint.
