Chinese Drywall Makers Shell Out $248M To Settle MDL

Law360 (August 20, 2019, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Homeowners and Chinese companies embroiled in litigation over allegedly defective drywall have reached a $248 million settlement to resolve the dispute, according to a filing in Louisiana federal court Tuesday.
