Judge Refuses To Revive Fax Blast Action

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 12:40 PM EDT) -- With an appeal pending, a federal judge has refused to reconsider the dismissal of New York law firm Landsman & Funk PC's putative class action accusing a publisher of legal directories of violating a federal law designed to protect consumers from a blizzard of unsolicited faxes.
