CRB Judge Appointments Violate Constitution: Suit

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 2:32 PM EDT) -- An Internet radio network is calling into question whether the appointments of three judges to the Copyright Royalty Board, the tribunal that sets rates and terms for copyright statutory licenses, is unconstitutional.
