Vioxx Litigation Group Keeps Up Protest Over Fee Cap

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A collective of attorneys who helped the plaintiffs in the product liability multidistrict litigation over Merck & Co.'s Vioxx painkiller land a $4.85 billion settlement has appealed for a second time the court's decision to put a 32 percent cap on contingency fees.
