Vonage Sues AT&T For Trademark Infringement

Law360, New York (March 31, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Broadband telephony provider Vonage has filed a trademark infringement in federal court in New Jersey against telecom giant AT&T, claiming that Ma Bell’s new internet phone service "CallVantage" is too similar-sounding to its trademark.
