Roofer's Negligence Caused Skull-Crushing Injury, Suit Says

Law360 (November 7, 2019, 9:01 PM EST) -- A roofing company’s unsafe practices led to a metal railing falling four stories off a building and crushing a pedestrian’s skull, a complaint filed Thursday in Massachusetts Superior Court said.

Massachusetts resident Kimberly Frawley suffered fractures to her skull, face and neck and has required multiple surgeries, placement of metal plates and ongoing medical care and physical therapy, the complaint said.
