Crypto Investors, Game Platform Spar Over Delays In ICO Suit

Law360 (November 22, 2019, 7:57 PM EST) -- Two cryptocurrency asset managers asked a California federal judge on Friday to stop a video game-oriented platform from continuing to delay their lawsuit over its allegedly deceptive initial coin offering.

Crypto Asset Fund and Digital Capital Management actually agree with the platform, Worldwide Asset eXchange or WAX, that the court’s order to get deposition from a witness in the case by Dec. 6 is untenable given that the witness seems unwilling and lives overseas.
