Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has split up Balthaser Online Inc.'s Web patent infringement lawsuit against Friendster Inc., Nike Inc. and two dozen other defendants, sending more than 20 of them to a California federal court and keeping just four in the Texas federal court where the case originated.
