Judge Says Class Doesn't Fit In Fidelity Title Action

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A group of plaintiffs suing Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. on claims that it overcharged customers who refinanced their homes lost its class status after the judge overseeing the case ruled that it no longer met the standards for class certification.
