Calif. Consumers Jump On $18M Deal With AT&T

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 6:44 PM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a class action against communications companies over early termination fees for wireless service have filed a new complaint to add consumers from California, a day after AT&T Mobility LLC agreed to pay $18 million to end the litigation.

In the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday, the plaintiffs filed a third amended complaint to allow plaintiffs from California to join the recently submitted AT&T settlement.
