Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A New York City hospital is seeking to dismiss allegations it engaged in massive Medicare fraud and should be fined more than $2 billion in a case brought against the hospital and its accounting firm by a former top-level executive at another nearby hospital.
