National Security Experts Rally Around FCC's C-Band Plan
Law360 (February 27, 2020, 5:19 PM EST) -- More than two dozen national security experts teamed up Thursday to voice their support for the Federal Communications Commission's strategy for freeing up valuable C-band airwave spectrum quickly, as the coalition warned in a letter that delay risks letting China win the race to deploy fifth-generation technology.
A day before the commission is set to vote on its closely watched plan for clearing the C-band, a coalition led by former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., chimed in to the debate to push for its approval.
